Job Title: Culture and Engagement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Culture and Engagement Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading and implementing initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. They will be able to analyze data and trends to inform their strategies and make recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy
  • Analyze data and trends to inform engagement strategies and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Create and execute programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to support their growth and career advancement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
