As an Oracle Functional Consultant, you will be working closely with our clients to implement and optimize their Oracle Cloud CX solutions, specifically focusing on Sales and Service applications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expertise in Oracle Cloud CX Sales and Service applications
  • Leading the implementation of Oracle CX Service Customer Portal
  • Owning support for allocated Oracle applications, including configuration, custom extensions, system integrations, and reporting
  • Collaborating with Oracle Support and implementation partners to troubleshoot issues and resolve fixes
  • Following established systems development methodologies and change management processes
  • Analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into robust documented Oracle solution designs
  • Developing and executing unit and systems test plans
  • Contributing to business systems roadmaps and strategic planning
  • Working collaboratively with Business Systems team members to deliver solutions
  • Performing after-hours duties as required

About You:

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you possess the following skills, knowledge, and attributes:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications and related Oracle PaaS services
  • Implementation design and configuration for Cloud CX Sales and Service applications, ideally including CX Customer Portal
  • Reporting using Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • Knowledge of system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Knowledge of security requirements for Oracle Identity Access Management (IAM)
  • A thorough understanding of Oracle and financial accounting best practices
  • A thorough understanding of the Oracle Fusion Applications data model to access required data
  • Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) for extracting data
  • Demonstrated high-level analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Applications R12
  • Implementation of Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
