Entry-Level Graphic Designer for Officeworks

Position Overview:

Medium Rare Content Agency is on the lookout for a dedicated, full-time junior graphic designer to contribute to Officeworks' content across various platforms, including digital, social media, and print. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, bringing your design expertise and efficiency to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting image research and developing assets for all digital and social media platforms.
  • Designing animated GIFs and video content for social media channels such as Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Facebook.
  • Organizing and maintaining asset libraries for easy access.
  • Editing and retouching photographs to enhance visual appeal.
  • Collaborating with the editorial team to create outstanding creative treatments for content.
  • Aligning videography with photography in relevant projects through teamwork.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • Familiarity with design principles for social media.
  • Highly organized with an efficient work approach and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.
  • Full of innovative ideas that you are eager to explore with a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in illustration.
  • Background in designing print magazine layouts.
