About the Role

Medium Rare Content Agency is seeking a full-time, omnichannel junior graphic designer to work across Officeworks content, including digital, social, and print projects. Reporting and providing design support to the Creative Director, you'll have a keen eye for design and the ability to work efficiently to regular deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct image research and create assets for all digital and social channels
  • Develop animated GIFs and video social assets for Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Facebook
  • Maintain and organize asset libraries
  • Perform photo editing and retouching
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to develop best-in-class creative treatments for content
  • Align videography with photography across relevant projects

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design
  • Good level of skill with the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
  • Understanding of design for social channels
  • Organized with an efficient way of working and an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player who is also confident working independently
  • Brimming with creative ideas you're keen to workshop with a team
