About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Assistant at Homestyle Aged Care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by implementing and coordinating lifestyle activities that promote engagement and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of lifestyle activities to engage residents in purposeful and meaningful programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and deliver programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Provide support and assistance to residents in various activities, including recreational, social, and educational programs.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related field.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or a related field.
  • Current and valid police check.
  • Vaccination certificate.
