Strategic Account Development Role

This position offers the opportunity to drive sales growth and retention by managing key customer relationships.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and visits
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a key account management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
