We are seeking a seasoned industry expert to serve as a strategic partner to our clients, driving revenue growth and customer success through effective account planning and execution.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement account strategies that meet revenue targets and deliver value to our customers.
- Promote business growth and digital transformation initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by understanding customer industry priorities.
- Lead sales excellence initiatives and orchestrate virtual teams for revenue and market share growth.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers' industries, business strategies, key partners, and solutions.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in industry or digital transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
