Job Overview

Seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to spearhead our HR function in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with corporate leaders to drive people strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with leadership to develop and execute human resources strategies related to recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent for current and future vacancies.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on all employee relations issues, including grievance management and performance management.
  • Compliance & Policy: Maintain compliance with Australian employment law and regularly review and update policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within fashion, retail or creative industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing an HR team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis.
