We are seeking an experienced Safety and Compliance Expert to join our team in Regional HSE Manager, Logistics role. The successful candidate will provide direct onsite advice and support to operational sites, prepare and deliver regular HSE meetings and Toolbox Talks, coordinate and deliver training programs, conduct incident investigations, develop and review HSE Improvement Plans, and monitor compliance with Company and statutory HSE requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about safety and has a proven track record in HSE leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Cert 4 in Occupational Health and Safety, excellent communication and relationship skills, and experience in conducting incident investigations using ICAM or similar methodologies.

The salary for this role is approximately AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct onsite HSE advice and support to operational sites
  • Prepare and deliver regular HSE meetings and Toolbox Talks
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs
  • Conduct incident investigations
  • Develop and review HSE Improvement Plans
  • Monitor compliance with Company and statutory HSE requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert 4 in Occupational Health and Safety

  • Detailed knowledge of HSE legislation and risk management principles
