Enterprise Controls Assurance Leader Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an Enterprise Controls Assurance Lead to play a key role in our controls program. This is a 12-month fixed term position based in our Geelong office, with flexible hybrid working.

  • Lead the organization's controls program to ensure critical operational, enterprise and strategic controls are well-designed, effectively implemented, and operating efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice, deliver key assurance activities, and build capability across the business to support informed decision-making and a strong governance culture aligned with our strategic objectives.

This involves:

Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and implementation of effective control frameworks.
  • Providing guidance on risk management and control procedures.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Developing and maintaining a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.

  • Extensive experience in shaping and embedding strong control frameworks across complex organizational environments.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder collaboration and advisory.
