The role of Enterprise Controls Assurance Lead involves playing a pivotal part in ensuring the effective management of critical operational, enterprise, and strategic controls across our organisation.
About the PositionThis position will oversee the implementation of a robust controls program to guarantee that all critical controls are well-designed, effectively implemented, and operating efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of strong control frameworks across complex organisational environments.
About the TeamYou will join a collaborative group of professionals within the Corporate Legal, Governance, and Compliance branch, supporting each other to deliver results in a constantly evolving environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProven Expertise in Control Design and Assurance: Extensive experience in shaping and embedding strong control frameworks across complex organisational environments is essential.
Strong Capability in Stakeholder Collaboration and Advisory: Highly capable in building partnerships across first- and second-line teams, governance, and compliance stakeholders.
Demonstrated Strength in Control Reporting and Risk Analysis: Specialised in producing high-impact reporting and insights that inform strategic decision-making at executive and board level.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and enhancing existing control processes;
- Developing and implementing new control initiatives;
- Providing expert advice to senior stakeholders on control-related matters;
