Strategic Leadership Opportunity

Datacom is growing rapidly and looking for a seasoned leader to join our team. The Consulting Director will be responsible for shaping transformation roadmaps, guiding delivery, and positioning Datacom as a thought leader in the industry.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep consulting experience and a strong grasp of business strategy. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to define goals, build business cases, and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic conversations and translate them into actionable plans
  • Develop compelling business cases for change and guide delivery teams to ensure solutions align with outcomes
  • Contribute to major sales proposals with clarity and insight, showcasing Datacom's expertise and building market credibility
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of consultants within your practice area
Requirements:

This role requires at least 10 years of consulting experience or a relevant specialism, along with a proven ability to lead strategic conversations and translate them into actionable plans. Strong financial and commercial awareness, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a track record of delivering transformation programmes are also essential.

As a leader, you will be responsible for owning revenue targets and delivery KPIs, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and efficiency. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve these goals and drive business success.
