About the Role

As a senior business leader, you will spearhead business growth and develop strategies to meet evolving client needs. You will lead a high-performing team and provide expert advice on digital engineering services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive demand for digital engineering services with established and new clients.
  • Implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability.
  • Communicate value propositions and embed changes in BIM and collaborative information management practices across the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor technological innovations to ensure your organisation remains contemporary in delivery practices.
About You:

You'll have a relevant tertiary qualification, accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO 19650, and a solid track record in leading technically capable teams. Your experience will preferably be in the engineering sector in Project Management, Design Management, Asset Management, Digital design processes, Geospatial or Surveying.
