As a key member of our team, you will oversee Bulk Delivery Operations to customers directly from the field site, while also providing support to other sites within the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a critical thinker who can drive operational discipline and motivate a highly skilled team of operators.

This role involves attending client meetings, conducting incident investigations, and developing safety management plans. You will be responsible for training, leading, and motivating your team, as well as providing analytical support to our Territory manager on continuous improvement plans.

You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics of raw materials, equipment, and vendors. Ensuring operational processes meet our standards and customer expectations is crucial in this role.

To be successful in this position, you will need strong fault-finding and mechanical aptitude skills, as well as effective communication skills, written and verbal. A Cert IV Trainer Assessor qualification or ability to attain is highly desirable.
