Senior Brand Manager Job Description

At EBOS Group Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Australia. This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the most engaging categories in the industry, with pets at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who will be at the forefront of setting the strategy for the VitaPet brand. You will lead the annual delivery of the VitaPet brand plan and use data-driven insights to evolve the innovation funnel and refine the portfolio architecture.

You will motivate and lead cross-functional project teams, drive the VitaPet communications and activation plan, and actively participate in key business processes. Your goal will be to deliver key projects and activations within the portfolio while driving the VitaPet brand philosophy internally and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the VitaPet brand strategy, including innovation and portfolio management, communications, and activations.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
  • Prior experience working within a brand marketing role, particularly in FMCG and animal health.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L and category dynamics.
