  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of facility management professionals.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the facility management or cleaning services industry, preferably in critical environments with a focus on data centers, but possibly also healthcare facilities, laboratories, or cleanrooms.
  • Strong track record of sales achievement and business development.
  • Technical knowledge of facility management procedures and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
