Social Marketing Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to and support highly visible, national social marketing initiatives that raise awareness, change behaviour, and engage communities to prevent violence against women and their children.
We aim to embed gender equality and prevent violence in various settings where Australians live, learn, work, and socialise.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Supporting the development of campaign strategies and creative content.
- Media planning, buying, content marketing, and campaign communications.
- Evaluating campaign metrics, such as social media engagement, website usage, and analytics.
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality outputs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
- Experience in implementing social marketing campaigns or multi-channel communications.
- Basic understanding of intersectionality and systemic inequality.
This role requires a working with children check and the ability to secure one before commencement.
