Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of paid social and programmatic campaigns, working closely with your manager on strategy, campaign builds, optimisation and reporting.
You will help manage budgets, complete daily checks, monitor pacing, flag issues and provide insights on campaign performance. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple platforms, including campaign execution and troubleshooting, and learn how channels work together to drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Possess a degree in digital marketing, data, finance or any numbers-led discipline.
- Demonstrate passion for paid social and programmatic.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
This is a hybrid role – offices based in Melbourne CBD. Australian PR and Citizens ONLY – we cannot consider any type of visas outside of PR.
