Senior Digital Solutions Designer

We are seeking an experienced designer to join our team and work on a cutting-edge digital transformation project. This project involves creating a cohesive platform that replaces aging internal systems for one of Australia's largest enterprises.

The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to design complex workflows, internal-facing tools, and process redesigns for frontline teams. You will be part of a team that plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise change.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Designing smarter internal tools such as onboarding processes, workflow optimization solutions, and operational platforms
  • Collaborating with researchers, engineers, product, and design system teams
  • Bringing real-world user insights to the table through in-branch observation and usability testing
  • Contributing to a mature GEL-based design system (tier 2 component work and extensions)
  • Simplifying journeys that once spanned multiple clunky legacy systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven UX, product, or service design experience in complex, systems-heavy environments (enterprise, utilities, gov, fintech, etc.)
  • Strong component thinking - you know how to design for scale and reusability
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and shaping structure where there is none
  • Stakeholder maturity - you'll be working closely with tech, ops, and transformation leads
