Job Title: Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Liaison to play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with clients who utilize our Insolvency Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Job Description:

The Business Development Liaison will be responsible for identifying and leading upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a clearly defined universe of existing customer coverage names. This involves regularly checking in and reviewing existing customer accounts, monitoring client health and reducing churn, addressing client concerns and issues, promoting Aryza product adoption and usage, gathering feedback for product improvements, collaborating with internal teams, and assisting with new client onboarding and implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Regularly check-in and review existing customer accounts
  • Monitor client health and reduce churn
  • Address client concerns and issues
  • Promote Aryza product adoption and usage
  • Gather feedback for product improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Assist with new client onboarding and implementation

  • Experience working with Australian Insolvency customers and relevant SME industry tenure/experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
