Job Title: Business Liaison Officer

The role of the Business Liaison Officer is a critical position within our organization. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.

Liaising with warehouse and transport personnel to enhance operational efficiency is also a key responsibility of this role. The Business Liaison Officer will be responsible for establishing and facilitating communications with concerned organizations and government bodies as required.

In addition to these duties, the Business Liaison Officer will support all key account functions, including complaint handling, problem solving, and other contractually agreed services. They will carry out service failure/complaint investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure all administrative procedures are followed correctly in a timely and efficient manner.

Another important aspect of this role is providing insights and ideas to offshore operational teams to improve the overall service and experience for customers. The Business Liaison Officer will foster an environment of continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of doing business and investigating new opportunities for improvement while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a background in logistics, warehousing, and/or transport, as well as excellent computing skills and familiarity with the OCRM System. A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is also required.

We offer a competitive salary package, including $75,000 - $85,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits program. The successful candidate will be based in Landsdale, WA 6065. We require applicants to be able to commute or relocate to this location before starting work.
