Job Summary

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Provide administrative support to professional staff;
  2. Act as a liaison between staff and clients;
  3. Enable delivery of high-level client service and business outcomes;
  4. Involve with ATO and ASIC services, including correspondence and reports;
  5. Oversee ASIC & Corporate Sec matters, such as ASIC 484 and payment reminders;
Requirements
  • Strong client service and liaison skills;
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail;
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills;
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and social media desirable;
  • Experience in a similar client liaison role within a professional services firm preferred.
