Implementation Specialist Job Description

As a seasoned professional in customer success and implementation, you will drive the delivery of innovative solutions to our clients. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, project management, and customer enablement will be crucial in this role.

  • Deliver end-to-end customer implementations using a hybrid Agile Scrum/Kanban approach.
  • Facilitate onboarding workshops and provide training to customers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including videos, webinars, and support content.
  • Promote platform features to existing partners to drive adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective enablement programs.
  • Identify and remove implementation impediments, escalating as needed.
  • Forecast resource demand and monitor deployment to identify risks and optimise allocation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation or customer success within a SaaS or tech environment, with a strong background in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery. They will also possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, the ability to develop and deliver training content, and experience managing project timelines and resource planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation or customer success within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) in delivering software or platform implementations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training content in multiple formats.
  • Experience managing project timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder updates.
  • Confidence in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to advocate for product quality and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with partner/customer onboarding in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
