Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to support our growth by maximising the benefits customers receive from our innovative solutions.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to drive value and satisfaction.
  • Becoming an expert in our generative AI software, you will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within targeted prospects and existing clients.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the establishment and successful administration of proofs of concept and facilitated trials, as well as client setup and onboarding.
  • Capturing and communicating the voice of the customer to relevant functions, including leadership, strategy, sales, and product teams.
  • Coordinate resolution of product and other issues impacting customers' successful use of our solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver project presentations and project status reports to prospects and clients.

Requirements:

  • A law degree is preferred, but not required;
  • 3+ years working with or for a corporate legal department or large, top-tier law firm, preferably in a practice innovation or knowledge management department;
  • Experience selling or supporting software solutions.
