Program Manager Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our training initiatives and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver robotic training programs with consultant surgeons to educate customers on safe and effective product use.
  • Lead regional training lab process development and business justification for national program utilization.
  • Create and manage customer online training portals for account launches and post-course resources.
  • Drive VR strategy development across Marketing and Medical Education, aligned with global vision and market needs.
  • Oversee surgical virtual observation processes for JR needs, ensuring alignment with Medical Education goals and technology.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in training and education, including content development.
  • Medical device industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, nursing, physiotherapy, or related specialities.
