**Training Initiative Specialist Role Overview**

The role of the Training Initiative Specialist plays a pivotal part in driving learning and quality initiatives within our dynamic sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth division where you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, conducting call monitoring and evaluation, and implementing process improvements.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with sales teams and leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate individual and team training sessions on employee induction, process changes, new company programs, and initiatives.
  • Design and prepare training programs, materials, and manuals that cater to adult learning styles.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and provide actionable insights to senior leaders.
  • Lead calibration sessions with sales teams and stakeholders to drive performance excellence.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Understanding of adult learning styles and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and co-operation.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Background in Quality Assurance in a call centre environment.
