Senior Director, Real Estate Investments

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial real estate private credit initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of investment strategies and provide guidance on due diligence processes.
  • Mentor and coach high-performing team members to ensure their continued growth and success.
  • Present investment opportunities and key market trends to senior stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with sponsors, advisors, and capital partners to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in real estate finance, preferably within private credit or banking.
  • Advanced expertise in credit analysis, loan structuring, and financial modeling.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
