Marketing Excellence Director Job Description

As a Marketing Excellence Director, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth across various segments.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance customer engagement, brand visibility, and commercial performance.
  • Craft compelling sales materials and communications using industry-leading platforms.
  • Represent key customer segments in strategic initiatives, including pricing, new product development, and product lifecycle planning.
  • Track and report outcomes on sales performance, customer satisfaction, campaign ROI, and tender success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing or category leadership with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer journeys in trade or commercial sectors.
  • Essential Microsoft 365 skills and ability to create engaging campaign content.
  • Proven success in product, portfolio, and campaign management with excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A degree in Marketing or Commerce with ongoing professional development.
