About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the management and delivery of new build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple projects concurrently at various stages of construction
  • Overseeing financial planning, programming, and execution on all projects
  • Conducting regular programme and project audits
  • Managing dispute resolution between clients and subcontractors
  • Reviewing and improving construction methodologies
  • Managing a team of subcontractors
  • Ongoing travel to regional areas

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the construction industry – a tier 1 or 2 background is ideal
  • Experience working with Revit
  • Construction Safety Induction (White) card
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Procore Software is preferable
  • Strong financial analysis and administrative focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
