Job Overview

This is a dynamic role that involves working collaboratively as an integral part of our team. The primary objective is to restore customers' lives where they have faced loss or damage to their properties.

Confidence in managing and completing Strata site inspections, ascertaining the cause and extent of damage, appointing relevant specialists, and providing a seamless end-to-end claims experience for the customer is required.

The ideal candidate will be a calm and confident operator who can:

  • Expertly communicate with an empathetic nature, able to convey information concisely and tailor messaging (verbal and written) to their intended audience.
  • Be a problem solver with a curious persona, searching for the root cause/s and proactively finding solutions throughout the claim journey.
  • Be driven to provide a high level of customer service that is always thoughtful and timely.
  • Have a growth mindset that values continuous learning and absorbs new information and change with ease.
  • Be resilient and focused on achieving positive outcomes for key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver professional and excellent service when completing Strata site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
  • To proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders.
  • To clearly document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claims.
  • A minimum of Strata experience as a Loss Adjuster is essential.
  • Possession of Loss Adjusting qualifications or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry is preferred.
  • Relevant trade qualifications would be advantageous.
  • A current and valid driver's licence is mandatory.
