Strata Claims Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and professional claims specialist to join our team in managing Strata claims from start to finish. This includes conducting site inspections, determining the cause and extent of damage, arranging trades and specialists, and delivering a seamless end-to-end claims experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Strata site inspections and desktop assessments to ensure accurate and timely claims processing
- Ascertain the cause and extent of damage to provide a clear understanding of the claim
- Appoint trades or other relevant specialists to assist with the claims process
- Provide a seamless end-to-end claims experience for customers by maintaining effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise
- Deliver professional and excellent service when interacting with customers and stakeholders
About You:
We are looking for an expert communicator with empathy who can tailor messaging for verbal and written reports to clients. You should be a problem solver with a curious mindset, identifying root causes and proactive solutions. Additionally, you should have an intrinsic motivation to provide high-level customer service that is thoughtful and timely.
Requirements:
- Strata experience as a Loss Adjuster
- Loss Adjusting qualifications preferred, or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry
- Trade qualifications advantageous
- Current and valid driver's licence
