About Us
We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be working with clients, focusing on managing their strata claims.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience of resolving strata or commercial claims and possess excellent customer service skills. Strong computer skills and a good eye for detail are also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strata claims from initiation to resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements
