Strata Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Strata Claims Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata claims from initial notification through to settlement.
As a Strata Claims Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, examining claim forms, policies, and endorsements to determine coverage. You will also investigate claims by conducting thorough office-based analysis, interviewing claimants, and comparing claim information with evidence.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of claims, including property damage, business interruption, and liability cases. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively manage complex claims and negotiate settlements that meet the needs of all parties involved.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to possess a high level of technical knowledge and understanding of insurance terminology and practices.

- Previous experience in strata claims/general insurance environment (desirable).
- Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology, practices, and conditions (desirable).
