Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Audience Analytics Manager to join our team at Pedestrian Group. This role will play a critical part in building our data capability and driving an insights-driven culture across our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and accurate insights to support editorial, commercial, and strategic projects
  • Assist in implementing editorial growth strategies across SEO, Social, and eDM
  • Provide in-depth analysis of content performance, traffic, and rankings
  • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior across all Pedestrian platforms and identify opportunities to deepen reach and engagement
  • Support ad-hoc insights and audience/market research projects
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to develop go-to-market collateral and respond to commercial briefs with key audience and performance insights
  • Present insights, strategies, and recommendations to the leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports across audience and revenue, working closely with our Technology team to create automated reporting solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analysis, audience growth, or business intelligence roles
  • Strong reporting and visualization skills, preferably with experience working with Looker Studio
  • Advanced critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience designing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple priorities
