About the Role

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a government taskforce focused on improving payment integrity in programs.

This role involves using intelligence, data, and analytics to reduce fraud and criminal activity.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders to develop business functional requirements, track performance, and design effective solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce reports, interpret data, and analyze results using statistical techniques.
  • Coordinate divisional reporting requirements to monitor performance outcomes.
  • Translate business metrics to inform stakeholder requirements.
  • Design and deliver workshops and communication resources.
  • Establish governance processes and implement management systems.
  • Support data quality monitoring and assist in developing reporting structures.
  • Project manage and support day-to-day analytical tasks.
What You'll Need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and present insights to various audiences.
  • Experience in developing business requirements and optimizing processes.
