About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. As an APS 6 level Digital Data Analyst, you will play a key leadership role in delivering crucial data and insights to support business decisions.

This is a full-time position, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive pay rate of $60.26 per hour, including casual loading, and 11.5% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data and analytics reports for digital products, providing insights into user and customer experience gaps and current processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and technical specialists to resolve usability issues and improve data visualisation.
  • Undertake regular and ad-hoc data analyses to support decision-making, creating accessible data visualisation for key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in creating data and analytics reports, especially in digital products, with strong skills in documenting insights around user experience and accessibility.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams, with a strong understanding of business goals and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
