Business Analyst Position in Government Taskforce

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a government taskforce focused on improving payment integrity in programs. This role involves using intelligence, data, and analytics to reduce fraud and criminal activity.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to develop business functional requirements, track performance, and design effective solutions to complex challenges. Responsibilities include:

  • Producing reports, interpreting data, and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
  • Coordinating divisional reporting requirements to monitor performance outcomes.
  • Translating business metrics to inform stakeholder requirements.
  • Designing and delivering workshops and communication resources.
  • Establishing governance processes and implementing management systems.
  • Supporting data quality monitoring and assisting in developing reporting structures.
  • Project management and supporting day-to-day analytical tasks.
