Senior Tax Professional Opportunity

This high-impact role oversees the tax function on complex transactions across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate international tax due diligence and structuring for M&A transactions
  2. Advise on tax implications for domestic and cross-border deals
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to align tax and business objectives
  4. Review tax clauses in transaction documentation
  5. Monitor tax law changes affecting transaction activity
  6. Support tax reporting, compliance, and integration post-deal
  7. Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies
  8. Support ATO reviews and global tax audits relating to major projects
  9. Ensure Group compliance with OECD, transfer pricing, and tax transparency obligations

The ideal candidate will possess at least 12+ years of relevant tax experience, a strong background in international tax principles, and corporate tax knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Big 4 or large corporate experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
