Australian Tax Leadership Position

Lead a team of experts to drive tax strategy and compliance for Asset Managed Investment Trusts, Property Funds, Private Credit Funds, Equity Funds, Fund of Funds, Division 6 Trusts, Venture Capital Limited Partnerships, and Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships.
- Grow the tax team through strategic recruitment and talent development.
- Oversee a portfolio of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize tax processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal partners.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Australian income and indirect tax reporting, with a focus on complex entities.
- Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
