Senior Tax Executive

This is a challenging opportunity to join a top-tier international firm as a Senior Tax Executive.

The role involves managing complex tax strategies, mentoring junior team members, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Delivering comprehensive tax advice and implementing effective tax solutions
  • Preparation and review of technical tax reports and papers
  • Problem-solving, including identifying and implementing tax-effective capital management strategies and addressing tax risks
  • Preparing M&A tax advice, due diligence reports, and reviewing sale and purchase agreements
  • Preparing thought leadership presentations and articles on taxation topics, including delivering internal and external tax presentations
  • Tax compliance, including reviewing income tax returns, tax effect accounting calculations, and providing commentary on recent developments in taxation
  • Identifying client tax needs and applying global and local quality control processes and risk procedures
  • Supervising and mentoring the tax team, developing their skills and expertise
  • CGT and losses, Fringe benefits tax, and other taxation areas
