Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

This is a high-profile leadership role where you will oversee tax operations on complex transactions across global markets.

  • Lead tax due diligence and structuring for M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on tax implications for domestic and cross-border deals, collaborating with key stakeholders to align business objectives.
  • Review and negotiate tax clauses in transaction documentation, monitoring changes in tax law affecting deal activity.
  • Support tax reporting, compliance, and integration post-deal, maintaining open communication with regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure the organization's adherence to OECD, transfer pricing, and tax transparency obligations.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12+ years of relevant tax experience, preferably with a Big 4 background and large corporate exposure.
  • Hold a CA, CPA, CTA, or Master's degree in Law/Tax, demonstrating expertise in international tax principles and corporate tax.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of transaction structuring, cross-border tax issues, and stakeholder management.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and strategic skills, combined with commercial acumen and effective communication abilities.
