Key Responsibilities
Lead global tax due diligence and structuring for M&A transactions to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Provide expert advice on tax implications for domestic and cross-border deals, aligning tax and business goals with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with M&A, Legal, Strategy, and Finance teams to optimize tax efficiency and drive business value.
Review and negotiate tax clauses in transaction documentation to minimize exposure and maximize benefits.
Monitor tax law changes and adapt strategies to stay ahead of regulatory requirements.
Support tax reporting, compliance, and integration post-deal to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
Liaise effectively with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to resolve complex tax issues.
Ensure Group compliance with OECD guidelines and best practices in tax management.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing global tax due diligence, advising on complex transactions, and driving collaboration across functions.
