Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a support associate. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people living with disability.

You will work in a proactive environment where you will facilitate the delivery of quality service and achieve positive outcomes with clients. You will be supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, actively promoting their skills and abilities while implementing and monitoring their individual support plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, Aged, or Community Support
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Police Check
  • Covid vaccination, booster
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
  • Knowledge and experience of working with high care clients
