About the RoleAs our Business Associate, you'll be working directly with senior leadership, providing essential administrative support to our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain high-level business exposure whilst supporting the strategic operations of our organisation. You'll be at the centre of our executive functions, providing critical analytical support, contributing to both day-to-day operations and exciting innovation projects, including cutting-edge AI initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing- Developing and maintaining financial forecasts, trend analysis, and business projections to support strategic planning
- Creating and maintaining financial models to support business case development and investment decisions
- Providing direct administrative support to our leadership team
- Leading and coordinating strategic projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope, tracking progress against goals and milestones
- Supporting entity governance activities and compliance requirements
- Handling ad hoc projects and tasks across various business functions
- Participating in innovative AI projects and technology initiatives
- Assisting with strategic projects and business development initiatives
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Recent business, finance, or economics graduate or final-year student available for full-time work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Professional demeanour and reliability
- Interest in technology and innovation (AI experience a bonus but not required)
