About the Role

As our Business Associate, you'll be working directly with senior leadership, providing essential administrative support to our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain high-level business exposure whilst supporting the strategic operations of our organisation. You'll be at the centre of our executive functions, providing critical analytical support, contributing to both day-to-day operations and exciting innovation projects, including cutting-edge AI initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining financial forecasts, trend analysis, and business projections to support strategic planning
• Creating and maintaining financial models to support business case development and investment decisions
• Providing direct administrative support to our leadership team
• Leading and coordinating strategic projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope, tracking progress against goals and milestones
• Supporting entity governance activities and compliance requirements
• Handling ad hoc projects and tasks across various business functions
• Participating in innovative AI projects and technology initiatives
• Assisting with strategic projects and business development initiatives
• Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Recent business, finance, or economics graduate or final-year student available for full-time work
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
