We are a dynamic organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. With over 40 hubs across Australia, we work in the social and early childhood Key Worker models, providing interventions to NDIS participants and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes.
About The RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families in the Keilor East area. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, requiring availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres
- Assess and communicate with families, children, and goals
- Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and other professionals to support children's development
- Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system
- Provide support for children and families, including before/after school appointments
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading early childhood clinicians and allied health practitioners

- Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator)
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability

- Strong communication skills and team player
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
- Valid Australian drivers license
