About The RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families in the Keilor East area. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position that requires availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists, to support children's development.
- Provide coaching and support to parents and carers to help them navigate the NDIS system and access services.
- Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system.

- Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (e.g. Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, Educator).
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families.
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability.

- Strong communication skills and be a team player.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.
- A valid Australian drivers license.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
