About The RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families in the Keilor East area. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, requiring availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.
Your EverydayAs a Key Worker at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. You will work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centres, delivering therapy and support to children and their families. You will work collaboratively with other professionals, including Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive support.

We are looking for individuals who resonate with our values and can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment. To work as a Key Worker, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and registration. You will also need:
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and be a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
- A valid Australian drivers license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Childrens Check
- Availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments
