About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Habit Coach to support NDIS participants in Northern Melbourne and surrounding areas. As a Habit Coach, you will work at participant's home or a community location, supporting participants across all ages and stages of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement therapy plans provided by primary therapists
  • Support participants in developing greater independence and reaching their full potential
  • Work with participants to achieve goals such as supporting independence, promoting healthy habits, and encouraging social engagement
Requirements
  • Studying a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy (minimum 2nd year)
  • Or have completed a Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Assistance or an equivalent qualification with demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Consistent and ongoing availability to work
  • Ability to travel to regional/surrounding areas
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Valid Australian drivers license and access to your own vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Childrens Check
