The Role

We are seeking a Head of Projects Technology, Digital, and Data (TDD) to lead our technology projects and drive business transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring governance and standardization of project management practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the development and management of the TDD Projects Delivery, prioritizing initiatives that drive strategic importance and respond directly to evolving business needs.
  • Ensure that our technology delivery aligns seamlessly with business objectives through robust demand management processes, enabling us to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the delivery of transformative technology programs valued at over $10 million, ensuring the successful execution of key projects that make a significant impact on our organization.
  • Uphold project governance standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks that ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability in all project deliveries.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment on project objectives, risks, and deliverables, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
  • Facilitate and challenge your team to adopt rapid and systematic approaches to problem-solving, driving innovation and creating a culture of high-performance.
